How do I check my order status?

As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details.

You can track your order status here using the tracking information provided in the email.

If you have any questions or have not received a confirmation email, please contact Customer Support.

How can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

To improve our customer shopping experience, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 7 days after delivery if they are eligible products and remain in their original packaging.

You can cancel the order as long as your order status is not set to “shipped”. Please be sure to contact our customer representative if you want to cancel your order.

Product details of your order may only be modified within 24 business hours from being placed as long as your order status is not set to “shipped.” Please be noted that we cannot change the product specifications of your order after 24 business hours from being placed.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If the product you receive is not what you ordered, LadyGrayy will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.

Should this occur, contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. You will then be contacted in order to organize parcel collection, at no extra cost. Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies to our return terms.

Refunds are processed within 14 days and are automatically made using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If you received a faulty item, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the product where the flaw or damage is clearly visible.

After revision, if the item is faulty or damaged, LadyGrayy will take full responsibility for replacing the item. The order will be sent to you with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item.

How do I clean my wig?
  • Fill an appropriate container with lukewarm water (90-100F) and fully submerge the wig.
  • Apply shampoo specifically designed for wigs, taking care not to rub the hair too much to avoid creating tangles.
  • Wash the hair following the direction of the strands, from the roots to the tips, and try to untangle any knotted sections.
  • Then, rinse out the shampoo thoroughly to ensure there's no residue, which could lead to tangling during the drying process.
Can I comb my synthetic wig?

Shedding is normal for synthetic wigs but it doesn't affect the volume and look of the wig. Regularly combing your hair can effectively prevent tangles in the wig. It's best to choose a wide-toothed metal comb or brush.

Can I use conditioner on my wig?

Conditioner serves a similar purpose to shampoo in quickly untangling knotted hair. However, conditioner also plays a role in maintaining hair health and manageability.

Apply conditioner directly to the tangled areas, leave it on for about 2 minutes, and then rinse it out thoroughly. Be sure to completely rinse out the conditioner after use.

Can I style my wig with hot tools?

Straightening the hair might be useful not only when styling but also when reviving the wig.

Don't forget to keep it on a low heat (below 250F) and test a small strand of the hair at the back first to make sure that it's not too hot

How do I store my wig?

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally on a wig stand or hanger. Leaving a wig in packaging for too long or exposing it to heat might lead to misshaping of the wig.

I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

Please note, orders placed during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST) are typically processed within 1-2 working days, while delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method. Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day. If you have any questions or are experiencing delays with the delivery of your order, please contact Customer Support.

Why is my order late?

Our order fulfillment center aims to deliver all orders within specified delivery times.

Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may very occasionally be subject to delays.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay.

Some payment methods are only available in certain countries.

Refunds & Returns

What are your return regulations?

We want you to fall in love with your order. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving it.

After receiving a return authorization from Customer Care, we must receive your return within 14 days.

Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective. All refunds will then be processed within 14 days.

I still haven't received my refund. Why?

Refunds are made within 14 days of the refund request and only if the product in question is in perfect condition. We must first wait for the product to be returned to our warehouse where it can be thoroughly checked. 

How will I be refunded?

The refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method and you will receive confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.

How many days do I have to request a return?

To qualify for our return terms you must place your return request within 7 days of the receipt of your parcel, or within the term established by the mandatory regulations applicable in the country where you reside, if this is longer.

The return must be delivered within 14 days from when you receive your return authorization.

Please note: personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization are defective

Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Why do I have to wait for LadyGrayy to receive my return in order to be refunded?

Before refunding any order, we must first check the condition of the returned product. Refunds are made within 14 days if the product meets our return standards.
